Shipping & Returns

We ship anywhere in the world.  We try and fill all orders within 48 hours; however, special orders may take a little longer.

All shipments are made from our Trenton, Ontario, Canada location.

You will be notified by email when your order has been shipped.

Shipments are made by UPS Standard or by parcel post to any remote locations.  Other UPS services are available at an additional cost, if you request it.  Additional shipping costs will be charged to locations outside of Canada and the Continental USA (eg, Alaska, Hawaii, etc) and any remote locations.

Orders can be picked up at our location in Trenton, Ontario, if arrangements are made in advance.
